Amazing images of cities literally on the move, generated by engines. Upper tiers are for the Rich and important and lower tiers for the poor and down trodden, with slaves living in the heat and disgusting environment of the engine room - destined to live very short lives. Towns, cities and villages move around vast plains and with each other, the losers' resources are eaten up and incorporated into the winner, whilst the defeated become slaves. Great characters and story line running through it.
