The Grunts all at Sea
Philip Ardagh, Axel Scheffler
Mr Grunt's a man with a mission. He has to get a Person of Great Importance (or POGI) to someone called Mrs Bayliss by the twenty-fifth. It's an exciting adventure, but what interests Mr Grunt most are the silver coins he's been promised at the end of it. How long will it be before they find themselves All At Sea?
Reviews
I thought the book was funny and interesting and it shows betrayal gets you nowhere and always have a decoy my favorite character was sunny the most responsible and the smartest in the family . I would recommend this book to anyone feeling blue. It is sure to bring laughs and a smile on your face.

It was hilarious and interesting how a family try to deliver a person of great importance to Mrs Bayliss but people want to get the POGI for themselves

I would recommend this to everyone who likes a funny story. I liked Fingers the elephant a lot because he was very gentle. The book made me laugh because Mr and Mrs Grunt often do hilarious things like when Mr Grunt says, “Too much noise!” and then Mrs Grunt says, “Listen to your father, make too much noise!”

An amazingly fantastic book, full of sailing and keeping a very important figure safe from many people. My favourite character was Sunny, the protagonist and the only child. A definite recommendation.

My favourite character in this book was Petal the tiny dog because I’d like a tiny dog like petal to look after and the tiny dog would look after me by being a guard dog like Petal.
